  • How big does my email list need to be before I start email marketing?

In fact, building good habits early, solid design, clear strategy, smart automations, means you're set up to grow well rather than having to fix a broken programme later. There's no minimum. If you have an audience, email is worth doing right.

  • Do you design for specific email platforms?

    We work with whatever platform makes sense for you. We have a lot of experience with Brevo and Klaviyo, and we're comfortable working within most major platforms. If you're already set up somewhere, we'll work with it. If you're starting fresh or thinking about switching, we can help you figure out the right fit.

  • Can my emails be automatically linked to my e-commerce store and customer behaviour?

  • Can you create reusable email templates?

    Absolutely. Reusable templates are a big part of how we work. We build modular, on-brand templates that make it easy to put together new campaigns quickly without things drifting off-brand. Whether your team is sending independently or we're managing it for you, the templates keep everything looking consistent.

  • Do you write the email copy as well?

    It depends on what you need. Some clients come to us as part of a broader brand project — in those cases we often develop the tone of voice itself, and writing for email is a natural extension of that work. Others already have a strong content team and just want us to build the design system and templates they write into. It depends on what you need, so book a chat.

  • Do you manage ongoing sends, or is this a one-off project?

    Both. Some clients come to us for a one-off project, like setting up automations or a template system, and then take it from there themselves. Others want us to handle the whole thing on an ongoing basis, including strategy, design, copy and scheduling. We're flexible, and we'll find the right arrangement for where you are.
